1.Optimize plan of action-
a.Priority
b.Brainstorm what is going wrong with discussing your team.
c.Create a grid (On y-axis biggest impact and on x-axis ease of implementation)
d.Remove low impact on business and harder ease of execution & start with high impact on business and easier to execute.

2.Create an effective work process-
a.Define a start & stop to the process.
b.Insert steps.

3.Improve team communication-
a.Schedule consistent meetings & your team knows they suppose to attend.
b.Set an agenda ​exp.-
i.Priority
ii.task
iii.Notes
iv.Owner
v.Status

4.Automate-
Note- If the above 3 steps are good in your company, then go ahead with automation.
Otherwise Don’t automate.
