About Ammara Zareen
Biography
I am an Executive Coach, Business Consultant, startup trainer and founder of my own consultancy ‘Ammara Zareen Consulting’. I also work as an SME Trainer and Consultant for the Small Medium Enterprise Development Authority of the Government of Pakistan under the Ministry of Industries and Production.
In 2019, I became Marshal Goldsmith’s certified leadership trainer and business coach. I coach executives and entrepreneurs supporting them to:
- identify their interpersonal challenges.
- defining concrete goals to address their business challenges.
- provide partnership and accountability in guiding my clients from where they are now to where they never thought they would be able to go.
- balance the demands of a fast-paced, ever-changing career and a personal life.
In 2019, I established an online learning platform ‘Square One Challenge’ for entrepreneurs where they can access free research-based entrepreneurial training and free online courses for startup and aspiring entrepreneurs.
In 2018, I established my own consultancy providing Project Management, Brand Activation Campaign Consultancy and Business Development Services to SMEs and now provide consultation on business planning (business model canvas).
From 2014 till 2017 I worked as a freelance Marketing Project Manager for both international and local pharmaceuticals including Abbott pharmaceuticals, GreenStar Social Marketing, Global Brand Marketing (Meiji), Shield Corporation, Pfizer and Abbott nutrition.
I am a Doctor of Pharmacy and have a Masters degree in Business Management from University of Strathclyde, with specialization in New Venture Creation.
