About Virginie Lemay-Vriesde
Biography
Virginie Lemay-Vriesde is an international Leadership Trainer/Coach/Consultant based out of Luxembourg. She is originally French but has been an expatriate for more than 25 years. She speaks fluently 5 languages (French, English, German, Dutch and Italian) and has lived in 6 different countries.
Virginie has more than 20 years experience leading international/virtual teams, working in senior leadership roles in big international organizations, the last one being Amazon. There, she was the Senior Quality Manager for Customer Service in Europe. Then she became the Senior Learning and Development Manager also for Customer Service in Europe.
Virginie combines her two passions (training/coaching and dancing) and helps people Succeed in the Adventures of Leadership and Self Assurance (SALSA 💃🏽).
She basically turns managers into global leaders by improving their communication, international leadership skills and confidence.
Virginie is also the author of the book “My revenge on life”. In this book, she shares her story, which chronicles the events that happened on the night of her horrific car accident, as well as the struggles she endured on her path to recovery and the powerful lessons about flourishing in the midst of seemingly hopeless circumstances.

Entrepreneurial Endeavors
Decided to start on my own mid 2018. In order to increase my visibility and get my name out there, I’ve been posting regularly on Linkedin and Facebook for almost 2 years. I’ve also attended different networking events in Luxembourg and delivered a few workshops. I am still trying to get more clients, speaking engagements to help people.
The “Why” Factor
I’ve always wanted to help people. Since business is getting more and more global, and since I have a huge experience in leading international (virtual) teams, I want to share my knowledge and experience so that people do not have to re-invent the wheel and so that they can optimize their potential.
I can deliver workshops, training, speeches in different languages ensuring the same experience for employees around the globe.
