1. Personal Responsibility for Results
Participants acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their own success. The program provides tools, mentorship, and a strategic roadmap, but the results depend on the effort, decisions, and follow-through of each participant.
Success is not guaranteed. We guide, support, and coach — but only you can do the work.
2. Commitment to Participation
Participants are expected to show up fully:
– Attend scheduled group mentorship sessions and 1-on-1 sessions when applicable.
– Complete assignments and action steps on time.
– If a session is missed, participants must review the provided recording (video or audio) within 7 days to stay current.
– Engage respectfully and actively within the community.
3. Application and Selection
Due to the limited size of the cohort (12 members), all applicants must go through a selection process. Acceptance is based on readiness, commitment, and alignment with the program’s goals.
4. Confidentiality and Respect
What is shared in the program (by mentors or fellow participants) must remain confidential. Participants must respect the privacy, boundaries, and ideas of others.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a high standard of integrity and respect. Any form of harassment, dishonesty, or harmful conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
6. Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the program during the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After the first 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the program, including tools, templates, videos, and written material, remains the intellectual property of Eprenz. These resources are for your personal business development only and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written permission.
8. Program Access and Duration
Program participants will have access to live sessions and materials during the 12-month mentorship period. Recordings and downloadable materials will be available for a period of 60 days after the program concludes.
9. Disclaimer and Legal Advice
This program provides education, mentorship, and business strategy resources. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. For such matters, participants are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals.
10. Use of Testimonials and Success Stories
Participants agree that Eprenz may request and, with permission, share testimonials, success stories, and highlights from the program to inspire others.
