Welcome to the Global Founders & Innovators Summit (the “Event”), hosted by Eprenz, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for speaking or attending the Event, you (“you,” “your,” “Attendee”, “Speaker”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Attendance
• Free and paid tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.

2. Communications
• By registering, you consent to receive event-related communications from us (e.g., schedule updates, access links, reminders).
• You may also receive limited follow-up communications from event sponsors if you opt-in at registration.
• You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time.

3. Privacy & Data Sharing
• The event recordings and data and information can be used for marketing purposes and knowledge shared in the event is henceforth considered Eprenz property.

4. Media & Recordings
• The Event will be recorded, photographed, and/or live-streamed.
• By attending, you grant us the right to use your name, likeness, and participation in event materials for promotional purposes, without compensation.

5. Code of Conduct
• We aim to create a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized solicitation is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any Attendee violating these standards.

6. Liability Waiver
• You assume all risks associated with attending the event.
• We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or property loss incurred during participation.
• By participating, you agree that we may use your image, video, or other submitted materials for promotional purposes, without time limitation.
• For online events, we are not responsible for internet outages or technical issues outside our control.

7. Refund Policy
• If you purchased a ticket, all sales are final unless the event is cancelled by us.
• If the Event is postponed, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date.

8. Governing Law & Disputes
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA, unless both parties agree to arbitration.
