About Richard G Kelly
Biography
Graduated from Derby University with a 2/1 Class (Hons) B.A in Business Studies. I had a successful corporate career over many years, and was recently in charge of an association for Regional Science. I continue to invest in being coached by world-class coaches, undertake workshops around the world and study development materials.
I help people stay committed, empowered, focused, disciplined, and develop a winning mindset. The coaching and training that I have received had such a powerful effect on me that I decided to become a coach myself.
In 2012, I trained as a coach and immediately started working with private clients from around Europe, some of them in senior managerial positions. This work is my focus and passion and I really enjoy seeing the partnership with people that I work with which results in changes for themselves and myself.
Getting the best out of people:
Relationship with others – team members, colleagues, stakeholders, clients as well as personal relationships.
Relationship with themselves – resulting in more confidence, self-esteem, and presence.
Through this work, I help people to be more effective in their workplace whilst reducing stress and overwhelm.
I work with my clients and help them find the solution for themselves rather than an autocratic style which involves telling you what to do, how to do it and when to do it. I can be direct when needed but my clients would describe my approach calm and collaborative.
I am a faciliatator – Consensus Based Dialogue.
I am a Sports Therapist (Bowen, Kinesiology, Fitness).
