Biography

Over 25 years in organizational psychology, John Bradberry has improved the performance of a thousand leaders and hundreds of teams in global enterprises (Nike, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, etc.), growth companies, and startups of all sizes and phases. He is the author of 6 Secrets to Startup Success (American Management Association, 2011) and multiple articles and essays on the topic of startups and growth ventures.

Have supported numerous startups founders/investors in developing and executing growth plans, several leading to venture acquisition. Have assessed growth leaders in various functions in a number of global corporations.

Developed the Entrepreneurial Core Characteristics Profile (ECCP), and the Startup Clarity Project (SCP).

Have designed and led highly rated entrepreneurial development programs for students in leading business schools such as UNC Chapel Hill – Kenan Flagler Business School and UGA’s Terry College of Business.
