Shana Gavron is in the unique position of being able to perceive biodiversity from a financial and environmental perspective, with 15+ years’ investment banking experience as a sell-side institutional equity analyst for leading Scandinavian and Baltic banks.

She has combined this knowledge with her expertise in financial modeling and her academic background in wildlife management to drive the development of the Endangered Wildlife OU’s Biodiversity Evaluator.

JP works with startups to provide part-time CFO and bookkeeping services. He is also the founder of GrowthCraft Startup Advisors, a group of service providers that cover all the key services that startups will need throughout each stage of their development. GrowthCraft is creating a community to gather entrepreneurs, investors, and service providers, delivering bootcamps, panels, and pitch events.

As a founding member of the Boston Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, JP is leading initiatives to launch the first Conscious Capitalism Clubs in Boston area Universities and promote the benefits for innovation startups to infuse Conscious Capitalism into their missions & cultures.
