Sonja Robinson

Sonja Robinson

I aspire to inspire and enjoy dedicating my time and passion for change and growth in people.

Thriving at meeting people from different cultures, I traveled and worked abroad for 10 years. I moved back to Switzerland (my home country) to raise my daughter.  Personally, I’m driven by challenges. That’s the only way we can grow our potential. Meeting people of all ethnicity, age, religion, and gender has enriched my experience and understanding of people.

My “motto” is coaching with heart and head, and I aspire, to inspire before I expire!

To me, coaching is a win-win profession, both in a 1:1 context and in a group. We learn from each other. This “intimate” relationship gives me the opportunity to really get to know and understand people’s drivers and motivations.  My personal coaching style is holistic, structured, focused, and goal-oriented. With my guidance, you can expect results.

I am a multilingual (DE, EN, ES, FR) and well-traveled individual, with profound business development, consulting, and coaching experience in the talent management space, having worked for global blue chips such as McKinsey, FIFA, Right Management (Manpower Group) and Korn Ferry International. 12 years of voluntary leadership roles with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a master’s degree in “Coaching and Consulting for Change” from Oxford SAID and HEC university support and deepen this expertise. I’ve spent the last 25 years in business development, consulting, and coaching in the talent management space. This enables me to connect the dots in business. I see the big picture and thrive on performance.
